All budgetary and negotiations with a sponsor pertaining to an award MUST go through OSR for university endorsement and communication. Change Request within CERES is the OSR system used to request most types of post-award actions. It is critical that all of the required information for each type of request be included to expedite the processing including a justification- when in doubt, provide a detailed justification as to why the request is being made in order to expedite OSR approval. Please also ensure that the dollar changes /requests in the categories tie out as appropriate.
