Budget Modifications Requiring Sponsor Approval
Some re-budgeting between account categories requires sponsor pre-approval. Please check the terms and conditions on the Program Account summary (or Notice of Award) to determine if your re-budget request requires sponsor pre-approval. This may be the case when appropriating out-years on a multi-year award for certain sponsors. All such requests are processed through OSR.
